Promotional Period

From 12.01am AEDT on 14 February 2018 to 11.59pm AEDT on 31 March 2018 consumers can make a qualifying purchase in accordance with Entry Method.

Entry Restrictions

Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over. Directors, Officers, management and employees of the Promoter, or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion or their immediate family are ineligible to enter.

Entry Method

To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period:

(i) Go to a participating retailer and make a Qualifying Purchase. Note a Qualifying Purchase consists any stickered or unstickered SUPERCOAT® Dry Dog Product pack size 1.5Kg, 2.5Kg, 3Kg, 7Kg, 7.5Kg, 10kg, 12Kg, 15Kg, 18Kg, and 20Kg ("Qualifying Purchase");

For the avoidance of doubt, a Qualifying Purchase can be made online either through a participating retailer’s website or directly from the SUPERCOAT® website.

(ii) Retain their purchase receipt;

(iii) Go to the Website, register their personal details, upload an image of their purchase receipt; and

(iv) Guess their precise combination by putting 10 SUPERCOAT® icons in any order that they wish ("Entrants Precise Combination");

In accordance with Winner Determination Details:

- If the Entrants Precise Combination exactly matches (in the correct order) a prize winning combination for a Major Prize the entrant will be eligible to claim a Major Prize (subject to verification).

- If the Entrants Precise Combination matches (in the correct order) a prize winning combination for a Minor Prize that was allocated to the entrants day of entry then the entrant will be eligible to claim a Minor Prize (subject to verification).

- If a Major Prize is not awarded the Promoter will conduct a consolation Major Prize Draw also in accordance with Winner Determination Details to determine a consolation prize winner.

Maximum Entries Permitted

Entrants can enter only once per day provided they enter once per Qualifying Purchase. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these terms and conditions.

For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant buys more than one Qualifying Purchase product in a transaction, that entrant can enter in respect of each separate Qualifying Purchase product provided that each entry is submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Note: Original Purchase Receipts for each Qualifying Purchase must be retained.

Winner Determination Details

47 winning precise combinations will be determined. 46 of those winning precise combinations will be for a Minor Prize ("Minor Prize Winning Combination"). A Minor Prize Winning Combination will be allocated to each day of the Promotional Period. 1 winning precise combination will be for the Major Prize ("Major Prize Winning Combination").

Minor Prize Determination:

(i) There will be up to 46 Minor Prizes awarded, 1 for every day of the Promotional Period;

(ii) Selection of Minor Prize Winners: Minor Prize Winners will be determined on each business day from 15/02/18 to 3/04/18. Minor Prize winning combinations for weekends and NSW public holidays will be determined on the next business day;

(iii) The Minor Prize Winner(s) (if any) will be determined by reviewing all entries received for the calendar day immediately prior and determining if any Entrants Precise Combination is the exact same and in the correct order as the Minor Prize Winning Combination allocated to their day of entry;

(iv) If, on a calendar day, one or more valid entrants have correctly guessed the exact correct combination (in correct order) of the 10 SUPERCOAT® icons which have been chosen for the day that they entered, they will win a Minor Prize;

(v) Whether or not one or more Minor Prize Winner(s) have been determined in respect of a Minor Prize Winning Combination on each day will be confirmed at 3pm AEDT/AEST (as applicable) on each business day from 15/02/18 to 3/04/18 at Level 7, 155 Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. For weekends and NSW public holidays, confirmation will be on the next business day;

(vi) Each Minor Prize is either $100,000 or a share of $100,000 divided equally amongst all Minor Prize Winners for that day. If no entrant correctly guessed the combination (in the correct order) of the 10 SUPERCOAT® icons for that day, the Minor Prize will not be awarded and this amount will not jackpot into subsequent Minor Prize Determinations;

(vii) Each entry will only be considered for the Minor Prize in respect of the calendar day on which the entry is received. Entries will not roll over for subsequent Minor Prize Determinations.

Major Prize Determination / Consolation Prize Draw:

(i) There may be multiple Major Prize Winners or one (1) consolation prize winner;

(ii) In addition to there being a randomly determined combination of 10 SUPERCOAT® icons for each calendar day of the Promotional Period (for the Minor Prize Determinations), there will also be a separate randomly determined combination of 10 SUPERCOAT® icons for the Major Prize Determination;

(iii) Selection of Major Prize Winner/s: The Major Prize Determination will take place by reviewing all entries received for the entire Promotional Period and determining if any Entrants Precise Combination is the exact same and in the correct order as the Major Prize Winning Combination;

(iv) If one or more valid entrants have correctly guessed the exact combination (in correct order) of the 10 SUPERCOAT® icons of the Major Prize Winning Combination then they will win a Major Prize;

(v) Whether or not one or more Major Prize Winner(s) have been determined in respect of a Major Prize Winning Combination will be confirmed at 11am AEST on 4 April 2018 at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089;

(vi) A Major Prize is either $1 million or a share of $1 million divided equally amongst all valid Major Prize Winners. For example, if two (2) entrants correctly guess the Major Prize Winning Combination the prize will be $500,000 each. If there is one valid Major Prize Winner, they will win the entire $1 million;

(vii) If no entrant wins the Major Prize by correctly guessing the Major Prize Winning Combination (in the correct order) a consolation Major Prize Draw will occur at 11.15am AEST on 4 April 2018 at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Promotional Period will win the Consolation Prize. The draw is electronic;

(viii) For the avoidance of doubt you can win more than one prize, subject to all other terms and conditions being followed.

(ix) The promoter may draw additional entries in the consolation Major Prize Draw and record them in order, in case the winning entrant is deemed invalid or the prize is unclaimed ("Reserve Entrants").

The Promoter will require winners to provide proof of identity, age, and residency. Where the Promotion requires the purchase of a product(s), the Promoter reserves the absolute discretion to require any prize winner to produce the original purchase receipt/s for every entry they or their household made during the Promotional Period in order to claim a prize. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter's satisfaction, the entry will be invalid.

Prize Winner Notification

All Prize Winners will be notified by both telephone and email within 2 business days of being determined.

Prize Winner Publication Details

The first name and suburb of the Prize Winners will be published on www.supercoat.com.au/win within 2 business days of being determined (i.e. Minor Prize Winners will be published by 19/02/18, 20/02/18, 21/02/18, 22/02/18, 23/02/18, 26/02/18, 27/02/18, 28/02/18, 01/03/18, 02/03/18, 05/03/18, 06/03/18, 07/03/18, 08/03/18, 09/03/18, 12/03/18, 13/03/18, 14/03/18, 15/03/18, 16/03/18, 19/03/18, 20/03/18, 21/03/18, 22/03/18, 23/03/18, 26/03/18, 27/03/18, 28/03/18, 29/03/18, 03/04/18 or 05/04/18, as relevant to the relevant Minor Prize Determination), the Major Prize Winner or consolation prize winner (as relevant) will be published by 06/04/18).

Prize Claim Date

Minor Prize Winners must claim their prize within 3 months of being notified that they are a winner. If the Major Prize is won, it must be claimed no later than 11.59pm AEST on 4 July 2018. A Consolation Prize must be claimed no later than 11.59pm AEST on 4 July 2018.

If a Consolation Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter may determine an alternative winner either by choosing from the pool of Reserve Entrants or if required by conducting a draw in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw.

If a Minor Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter may evenly divide up the prize not claimed between all other winners who selected the correct combination. For example, if the Minor Prize is to be shared equally between two entrants ($50,000 each) and one of the winners failed to claim the prize by the Prize Claim Date their co-winner would then receive the full $100,000. In the event that there was no other entrant that selected the prize combination the Minor Prize will be forfeited and there will be no further draw.

If a Major Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter may evenly divide up the prize not claimed between all other winners who selected the correct combination. For example, if the Major Prize is to be shared equally between two entrants ($500,000 each) and one of the winners failed to claim the prize by the Prize Claim Date their co-winner would then receive the full $1,000,000. In the event that there was no other entrant that selected the prize combination the Major Prize will be forfeited and there will be no further draw.

Re-Draw and Prize Winner Notification and Publication Details for Consolation Prize

For the Consolation Prize, if required, the Promoter will conduct a further draw to determine prize winners at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 at 11am AEST on 5 July 2018. The draw is electronic. The winner will be notified by email and telephone and their name will be published at www.supercoat.com.au/win on the same date (i.e. 05/07/18).

Other Information

The probability of correctly guessing the exact correct combination (in correct order) of 10 randomly selected SUPERCOAT® Icons in any one guess is 1 in 3,628,800.

Prize Delivery & Publicity

All prizes will be delivered by eftpos transfer within 28 business days of the Prize Winner providing Australian bank account details to the Promoter.

A Major Prize Winner will be required to participate in follow-up interviews and publicity. By entering the Promotion and claiming a Major Prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and Promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.

Conditions of Entry

1. These Conditions of Entry are to be read in conjunction with the Schedule to Conditions of Entry. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the Conditions of Entry and the Schedule to Conditions of Entry, the Schedule to Condition of Entry prevails.

2. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these Conditions of Entry and Schedule to Conditions of Entry is invalid.

3. Standard entry restriction: Directors, Officers, management and employees of the Promoter, or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion or their immediate family are ineligible to enter.

4. Promotional Period: The Promotion will take place during the Promotional Period. Any entry that occurs outside this period is invalid.

5. Receipt of entries for electronic entries: Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.

6. Games of Chance: Winner determination will be conducted in accordance with Winner Determination Details outlined in the Schedule to Conditions of Entry. Minor Prize Determination occurs throughout the Promotional Period. At the end of the Promotional Period, a Major Prize Determination will occur and if required a Consolation Prize Draw. The name of any prize winner will be published on the internet on the Website.

7. Verification Requirements: The Promoter will require winners to provide proof of identity, age, and residency. Where the Promotion requires the purchase of a product(s), the Promoter reserves the absolute discretion to require any prize winner to produce the original purchase receipt/s for every entry they or their household made during the Promotional Period in order to claim a prize. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter's satisfaction, the entry will be invalid.

8. Monetary Prizes: If money is offered as a prize, the prize may be awarded in a cheque form or by eftpos transfer to a nominated bank account. If the prize is to be delivered by eftpos, the winner will be required to advise the Promoter of their nominated bank account details for their prize money to be deposited. Eftpos transfers may take up to 28 business days to process.

9. Standard Prize Restriction: All prizes unless stated to the contrary are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.

10. Prize Value: Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize.

11. Prize Delivery: Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 business days from prize winner determination for delivery of their prize, or the date they advise the Promoter of their nominated Australian bank account details for their prize money to be deposited.

12. If the prize becomes unavailable: The Promoter may substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter's reasonable endeavours to procure. This substitution may be subject to any approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority if the Promotion is a game of chance.

13. Australian Consumer Law: The winner should look to the manufacturer of products and provider of services awarded as prizes for all warranties. These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.

14. Tampering: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process. Tampering includes but is not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs or the making of multiple entries that are not associated with a Qualifying Purchase or submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and Schedule to Conditions of Entry. Should the Promoter find evidence of tampering by an individual, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by that individual invalid, the Promoter may also preclude that entrant from participation future promotions of the Promoter.

15. Technical Malfunction: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.

16. Publicity: Winners may be required to participate in follow-up interviews and publicity. By entering the Promotion and claiming a prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and Promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.

17. Entry Content: The Promoter may use their entry content, name, likeness, images, photograph/s, film and sound recordings and any other material created during their participation in the Promotion for publicity and promotion purposes for an unlimited time throughout the world without compensation in any media, social media, advertising and/or promoting any goods or services of the Promoter.

18. Copyright: It is a condition of participating in the Promotion that the entrant warrants that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property of any third parties. The entrant assigns all rights, title and interest in their entry to the Promoter without compensation. The entrant further agrees not to object to the Promoters use of the entry material on the basis of any moral right. The Promoter may, if required request that an entrant complete any documentation necessary to give effect to this assignment of right, title and interest.

19. Liability: The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

20. Disruptive, abusive, unsuitable entries: The Promoter may determine all entries invalid and/or preclude participation by an entrant if an entrant disrupts, annoys, abuses, acts contrary to law or engages in fraudulent misleading and deceptive conduct.

21. Tax: Winners should obtain their own independent financial advice in relation to any tax liability that may arise as a result of their participation in the Promotion.

22. Promoters Decisions: All decisions of the Promoter are at their complete discretions and are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

23. Social Media: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Entrants completely release Facebook, Instagram or Twitter from any and all liability relating to the Promotion.

24. Privacy: The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct the competition and determine a winner. The Promoter will disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this Promotion, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as Switzerland, Germany, India, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy includes information about how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information and how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
